January 2007 – From Waiter to Director

We are pleased to announce that Paddy McCullen has been promoted to Operations Director.

Having started working for Wise in 1993 as a part-time waiter his warm, friendly personality put guests at their ease, nothing was too much trouble.

During 1995-1998 Paddy went to Southampton University to study and achieved a degree in History and Politics.

Paddy started working full-time for Wise in November 1998 and quickly adapted to the role of Catering Manager. Since that time Paddy has developed into one of our most experienced catering managers running events from start up to break down. In particular County Shows, Air Shows and the Southampton International Boat Show.

Now Paddy’s experience is being utilised company-wide for the many events that we attend.

November 2006 - New Branding Launched

Wise Catering Ltd are pleased to launch their new branding. Much work has gone on behind the scenes since the new management took control in September. The new logo represents the bright and fresh approach that is being taken within the organisation.

The launch coincides with the unveiling of a complete new menu portfolio. This portfolio has a fabulous mix of innovative new dishes as well traditional choices.
