All of our experience and flexibility is brought together each year when we provide catering at The Southampton International Boat Show. This 10 days event requires considerable planning and innovation to meet corporate hospitality and exhibitor catering requirements as well as the catering for the needs of over 120,000 visitors.

For over 25 years we have catered at some of the largest events in Europe:

As experienced event caterers we have the resources to be able to operate in almost any environment, from an empty field to a car park. Regardless of the conditions we do not compromise on the catering that we provide.

We provide:

• The public restaurant, which is headed by a Celebrity Chef, for example Antony Worral Thompson, Ross Burden and in 2006 Jean-Christophe Novelli.
• Exhibitor catering "on-board" or "quayside", these include canapé and drink receptions, finger buffets and packed lunches, all created to work in a confined space.
• Private and corporate parties – these are often themed for a particular celebration or event. This involves converting the day time restaurant to an evening party venue.
• Hospitality units, providing all-day catering to a fixed itinerary.
• Private members area providing a changing menu throughout the Show.
• Champagne and Pimms Bars.
