PSP Southampton Boat Show

Wise Catering has a special relationship with the world famous PSP Southampton Boat Show and over the last 30 years we have grown with the event, building a reputation for quality, professionalism, adaptability and outstanding service.

The boat show is a real test of our skills.  All of our experience, knowledge and flexibility are combined together each year to provide exclusive onsite catering at the world famous event. The 10 day event requires detailed planning and focussed project management to meet corporate hospitality and exhibitor catering requirements, as well as, the varied catering for the needs of over 120,000 visitors.

Wise Catering provides the PSP Southampton Boat Show with:

• The public restaurant, which in the past has been headed by a range of celebrity chefs, including Antony Worral Thompson, Ross Burden and Jean-Christophe Novelli.
• Exhibitor catering "on-board" or "quayside", including canapé and drink receptions, finger buffets and packed lunches.
• Private and corporate parties – these are often themed and can involve converting the day time restaurant to an evening party venue.
• Hospitality units, providing all-day catering to a fixed itinerary.
• Private members area providing a changing menu throughout the Show.
• Champagne, Guinness and Pimms Bars.
