Wise Catering is contracted by Hampshire County Council to manage and operate conference and function facilities at Royal Victoria Country Park.

"We run the Cedar Tea-Rooms at Royal Victoria Country Park, which are open every weekend from November to March and every day during April to October (approximate dates). We also manage and provide catering for the adjoining Empire Room, which is available for wedding receptions, private events and celebrations.

In addition, our subsidiary, events bar management, provides mobile bars at many events and a mobile catering company, premier food courts, provides food units including coffee shops and snack outlets.
